Simon Rix is the bassist of Kaiser Chiefs and a long-time champion of the UK’s live music scene. From running grassroots venue Joseph’s Well in Leeds to playing stadiums worldwide, he brings a rare blend of hands-on experience and industry insight. Now based back in Leeds, Simon mentors emerging artists, manages talent, and serves as Creative Director at Launchpad and President of the Leeds United Supporters Trust, supporting the next generation of creatives both on and off the stage.
